The Celeriac ‘White Alabaster’ Seeds produce a bulb with white flesh that can be eaten raw, steamed or roasted. The stem and leaves have a strong celery flavour. This vegetable grows well into cold weather as the cold helps covert the starches into sugars. There are approximately 160-180 seeds per packet. Vegan and cruelty free. When to Plant: Please refer to the plant map zone in the images.
